Procurement instructions

  1. Create an account and open a purchase-order case for this offer. The case shows a reference (AL-PO-...) to quote on your purchase order.
  2. Add your organisation number, billing address, invoice reference and, where applicable, your e-invoice / PEPPOL details and VAT number.
  3. Send your purchase order by entering its number on the case. AffectLog verifies it and confirms the order in writing.
  4. When the order is confirmed, the workspace is activated automatically and the invoice is issued to the details on the case.

Fixed price designed to simplify scoping and procurement. The purchasing authority determines the applicable procurement procedure.

Prices exclude VAT. The VAT treatment is determined on the invoice from your organisation's details; a buyer's statement about VAT status is reviewed by AffectLog, not applied automatically.
